As part of a recent review in to hiring process at Ipsen we noted an increasing request from managers for global roles to be recruited across countries.

Our Global Talent Acquisition structure however is based on a regional Hub approach (France, UK&IRE, N. America) and therefore, when a position could be recruited ‘in Europe’, it was challenging to decide which TA Hub team should take ownership.

Therefore, to streamline this process, we have created the below table to help you select the right TA Partner to support you and your hiring manager when a position becomes available to recruit. Please note, this excludes GLT and ELT positions which will continue to be recruited by the Executive Search team.

We are also in the process of developing a ‘Primary Location Decision Guidance’ for hiring managers to support them in selecting the most favourable location for a position. We will send a separate communication on this in due course.
