We trust this document will answer some of your questions and will help you to better understand Bravo!, our global recognition program. We aim to enrich and adjust this Q&A thanks to your feedback and the weekly Q&A sessions to happen soon. Because this remains a “work in progress” document, we will share the next version on the HR Community, allowing regular updates.

Based on your feedback, we will be able to streamline the next Q&A versions (for HR, for Manager and for Employees) to summarize what matters the most.
