Global Mandatory Training linked to STI

Dear all,

Following the communication sent by Régis on Oct 28th, all employees need to complete the 5 Global Mandatory Trainings to be eligible to the STI payment:

  • 3 Business Ethics trainings (Anti-Corruption, Conflict of Interest, Code of Conduct)
  • Pharmacovigilance
  • Security awareness

Please note that 1 training is still on going:

  • Anti-corruption training due date:  Dec. 4th

 

On Dec. 5th, a first reminder will be sent out for Security Awareness training. Business Ethics officers will send reminders for the 3 BE trainings and PV department will manage the reminders for the PV training.

On Dec. 18th, a global reminder will be sent out to all employees who haven’t completed the 5 trainings yet.

 

What do we expect from HRBPs?

  1. Update iPeople for employees on long-term leave (more than 3 months or if you already know that the employee won’t be back in the short-term). It will automatically deactivate the iLearn account during the absence.

How? Go to iPeople, from the employee related actions, select “Time and absence”, then “Place worker on leave”.

When the employee is back, do not forget to update iPeople from the employee related actions again, by selecting “Time and absence” and “Return worker from leave”.

 

2. From Dec. 18th, please raise the exemption cases (I will share an xls spreadsheet to track them).
