Dear all,
Following the HR session on ACR and STI, please find below additional information on Global Mandatory Trainings linked to STI.
As a reminder, they include:
- Conflict of Interest
- Code of Conduct
- Security Awareness
- Pharmacovigilance (enriched with Medical Information and Product Quality Complaint)
Reminders will be sent to employees who did not complete their trainings by functions (Business Ethics / PV & security teams).
A last reminder will be sent on Dec. 19th.
Final list of employees who did not complete their trainings will be confirmed beginning of January.
What do we expect from local HR?
- When possible, update iPeople for employees on long-term leave (more than 3 months or if you already know that the employee won’t be back in the short-term). It will automatically deactivate the iLearn account during the absence.
How? Go to iPeople, from the employee related actions, select “Time and absence”, then “Request Absence for a Worker”.
When the employee is back, do not forget to update iPeople from the employee related actions again, by selecting “Time and absence” and “Return worker from leave”.

2. Please raise the exemption cases in the xls spreadsheet that I will share with you in the coming days (a first iLearn extract will be included).
3. Manage the communication with managers and employees for those who haven’t completed all the trainings.
