Glint 360˚ Feedback platform available to all managers with effect from March 2023

We are delighted to confirm that following a successful pilot launch, the Glint 360˚ Feedback platform will be available with effect from March 2023 for all eligible managers – see decision tree below to guide your thinking:

The 360 program is a great development tool, helping to drive self-awareness, support growth, and reinforce our feedback culture. Aligned with our Ipsen Way of Being and our human-centric Head-Hands-Hearts leadership model, it has been designed to provide individuals with insight from multiple sources, including their managers, colleagues, and direct reports, as well as a holistic assessment of their strengths and potential blind spots that might hold them back. Each 360 will be supported by a minimum of 2 sessions of feedback and action planning via the BetterUp coaching platform, for the most part.

As mentioned in the introduction session to 360 and coaching, the recording of which can be found HERE, there are 3 potential options for employees: (1) A coaching journey of typically 6 months, (1) Coaching as part of a Global Leadership Development or Career Acceleration Program which may also include a 360o, and (3) 360° followed by debrief and action planning facilitated by a coach; this message relates to the final option – eg those employees for whom you want to offer 360 outside of a global development program or formal coaching.

If you are interested in organizing a 360 within your community, please check eligibility using the decision tree above then obtain the relevant manager and HR approval:

360 cohorts will run in March, June, and September 2023, with deadlines for nominations being 13th February, 9th May and 8th August 2023.
