We are happy to share with you that we’ve started our journey to implement continuous Feedback at Ipsen.
As part of 2024 Career Month and to answer the last year Employee Engagement survey, we took the opportunity to launch, as part of HR Development, a first workshop on Feedback on May 28.
You will find the material used in our HR Community sharepoint, here, with the full deck for running the workshop and material for role plays.
Mastering our Feedback model (BOFF model), will help you as an HR, and all Ipsen managers & employees to:
