Dear HR Colleagues,
We are pleased to inform you that we have recently launched the Fast Tracking Talents Program, part of the Leadership Pathway. This program aims to assess Top Talents early on and accelerate their career development to shape Ipsen future leaders.
We started the journey with a Kick-off event on June 17th, followed with the launch of a participants community to share and learn from each other, on Teams on June 23rd.
We are in the first program phase- Assessment & Self Awareness, till August end. This phase focuses on helping participants to identify their hidden strengths and build their career vision, to know more about the program journey.
Moving towards the next phase from September- Development & Learning, we are planning a virtual workshop, The Fast Tracking Talents Week, from 14th September to 18th September focused on becoming an enterprise leader.
As some of you are also a part of this journey, we are looking for your collaboration in making this program a success.
