The Fast Tracking Talent program is now well underway with our cohort having completed their Self Awareness Assessments and 2 weeks of learning including topics such as self-coaching, personal branding, finance management, amongst other key topics, concluding with an incredibly engaging Leader Exchange with Agathe Palliere-Caline.

Their 12-month journey will be split into 3 phases:

• Assessment & Self Awareness to better understand oneself and their strengths – Feb. Mar. 2022
• Development & Learning to grow as an Enterprise Leader through coaching and learning – Apr. to Oct. 2022
• Experience & Exposure to challenge oneself, apply learning and experiment through a project/assignment – Nov. to Feb. 2023
