Dear All,

We are delighted to inform you that the Fast Tracking Talent Cohort 2 successfully completed the program on 9th March at the first in-person Fast Tracking Talent ELT Event in Boulogne.

The event included an opportunity for the Talents to share details with the ELT of the assignments they have been working on in the final ‘Experience’ stage of the program, designed to expose them to new teams, business areas and challenges within Ipsen. This was truly appreciated by the ELT, with Philippe Lopes-Fernandes emphasising to the Talents “Please continue to drive the transformation of the company through these projects!”.

The second part of the event involved a speed networking session enabling the Talents to complete two 1:1s with selected ELT members to seek specific career advice.

Finally, the morning was rounded off with a feedback circle, certificate ceremony and networking lunch.

Not only was this event a great success, but 70% of the cohort have also secured additional opportunities to develop through assignments or promotions. Please join us in congratulating the Talents on their development journey and completion of the program!
