It is with regret I would like to inform you that Marjorie Vincenti has decided to leave Ipsen with her last day with us being the 20th October.
Marjorie joined us in March 2017 as IT-HR Communication Manager to support IT & HR digital transformation and in June 2018 became Ipsen HR Global Communication Manager supporting Régis Mulot, CHRO and the HR leadership team since then.
For the last 4, 5 years, Marjorie worked on diverse and impactful campaigns for Ipsen such as the launch of iPeople, Be an Ipsen Brand Ambassador program, iPerform/iDevelop, the rollout of the Ipsen Way of being, Engagement surveys, Mentoring, Leadership Pathway, 5 shares, revamp of iLearn, Global Onboarding process, Be One, Glassdoor Engagement strategy and more recently the Digital learning pathway.
She also actively contributed to creating a global HR community with the evolution of the HR global webcasts, the organization of Global HR meetings and creation of HR insider in 2020.
We would like to thank Marjorie for her great contribution, energy, and team spirit.
