Thanks to the outstanding collaboration between HR Shared Services UK&I and International, alongside our Local HR teams in NCE, NoBa, and UAE, we’re pleased to share the latest updates aligned with our ongoing transition of HR administrative tasks into HRSS:

All Locations

All countries supported by the UK-based HRSS team now benefit from dedicated Employee SharePoint pages. These pages provide:

  • Local HR information and system access
  • Useful links (e.g., AskHR, iPeople)
  • Connections to Global HR resources

With support from our IT colleagues, access is now automatically granted to employees and their line managers upon joining, moving, or exiting the business. This automation removes the need for manual setup and ensures appropriate access control.

NCE, Nordics & UAE

AskHR for HR is now live across all countries, enabling HRSS to manage end-to-end processes for:

  • New Hires
  • Internal Movers
  • Leavers

These are now fully handled via AskHR’s Digital Process functionality.

Looking ahead, by the end of 2025, the management of ‘Requests for Change’ will also transition to HRSS, freeing up Local HR teams to focus more on strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Additionally, AskHR for Employees is now available, giving colleagues direct access to HR information through Knowledge Articles or the ability to submit requests.

Netherlands

Payroll activities have successfully transitioned to HRSS, thanks to the support of Arjen and Janet. Plans are underway to extend this to Belgium payroll by year-end.

 Why AskHR Matters

AskHR marks a significant milestone in our transformation journey. It enhances:

  • Structure and visibility
  • Quality and consistency
  • Workload management

It streamlines how we work and interact with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
