She will report to me while we identify the new Head of Compensation and Benefits for NA, with a dotted line to Lisa DiPaolo. In this role, Erin will lead Compensation for NA in managing local and global Compensation projects, providing Compensation expertise, analysis and consultation to ensure Ipsen’s programs are market relevant, competitive, and forward thinking to attract and retain top talents.  In addition, Erin will lead Ipsen’s Benefit Programs for Canada and support US Benefit management. She will be located in Cambridge.

Her key accomplishments include being a lead for Human Experience Culture Champions, Project Lead for Equity Sharing Modeling, and Lead for a Board of Directors Compensation Program.

Prior to Ipsen, Erin was an Executive Compensation Partner for Alexion Pharmaceuticals. Her work included leading highly complex, executive focused projects, directing diverse project teams including Accounting, Finance, Legal and HR partners to deliver materials for each Leadership & Compensation Committee meeting on schedule, partnering with the Total Rewards teams on a variety of initiatives, and providing consultation on equity and executive compensation programs.
