Dear HR colleagues,

In October 2021 you had the opportunity to answer the Global Engagement Survey. Thanks to all of you 4 big themes were identified to act on:

  • Workload/Work life balance

  • Barriers to execution/Efficiency

  • Communication/Change Management

  • HR Career opportunities

During the first couple of months of 2022, you then helped us to deep dive on root causes, and now we can propose concrete solutions to implement.
