When we launched the Global Employee Engagement Survey in 2021, we committed to LISTEN, LEARN, and then ACT to drive impactful change. Since January, 671 (50%) managers have logged a total of 2,842 actions – each one of them designed to improve engagement. As an engagement team, we have triaged all of these actions, identified where resources already exist and captured them in this document. It is an evolving document and we encourage any of you who have additional resources to share them with us (Abbie Pound & Chantelle Lejeune) so that they can be linked to as well.

We have also identified where there is potential for collaborative working based on similar actions and will be linking teams up as appropriate to avoid duplication of effort.
