We have had a strong start to our 2023 Employee Experience Survey with the global response rate for both statement sets currently sitting at 50%. The range differs widely from country to country and function to function though and we would value your help in encouraging the groups you are supporting. See here for the data.
There will be Glint reminders sent to those who have not responded as follows:
- Engagement statement set – Tuesday 23rd, Tuesday 30th May
- D&I statement set – Monday 22nd, Tuesday 30th May
There will also potentially be an Ipsen reminder sent to the whole company week commencing 22nd May.
