Dear HR colleagues,
In June we discovered the Employee Experience Survey results for the company; managers also received their own teams results.
You play a significant role in empowering our leaders and managers to take action. You are a thought partner for your managers when it comes to business and people success and a true enabler of behavior change.
Your Role as Business HR
As in previous years, we are asking you to work with the business to help them take ownership of their results: what should they be celebrating? What needs to be improved to turn their culture lights green?
Working with your managers, please encourage them to:
- Review and discuss their results with their teams
- Determine where to focus on making improvements
- Add their action(s) to the Glint dashboard or amend those already uploaded in previous years as appropriate!
If you support managers with less than 5 respondents, access this guide for ideas on how to gain insights and identify improvements.
To help you with these discussions, a template presentation has been developed: A way forward presentation. This presentation offers a way to share the results and also instructions for how to set the team culture lights and define actions.
Once teams have identified where to focus, the Focus Area Resources teams channel might be helpful in defining concrete actions.
For your information, from a global perspective, the focus will be on 3 core areas, as follows:

Your Role as Site HR
Please find here resources to support communication about action planning at site level following the Employee Experience Survey (feel free to share these resources with your site communications lead):
- Template to share site culture lights – this file should be edited to show the site lights and shared on site screens, at town halls, etc
- Call to action – to share on screens, at townhalls, etc to encourage all managers to:
- Review and discuss their results with their teams
- Determine where to focus on making improvements
- Add their action(s) to the Glint dashboard or amend those already uploaded in previous years as appropriate!
- Template to collate at site level examples of actions taken to drive culture and engagement; it is important to routinely communicate to show action is being taken in response to the survey
Thanks for your continued support in achieving our aspirational culture,
Kind regards,
Abbie and Chantelle
