Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that Elodie Louison‐Ferreira is taking a permanent position within the Compensation & Benefits team, as from October 1st, 2021.

She is appointed as the Compensation and Benefits  Specialist,  supporting  our  UK & Ireland  Hub  and  reporting  to  me.

She  will  be  located  in  Boulogne supporting compensation and benefits within the Group Compensation and Benefits team as well as International Mobility and our  HR partners, for UK and Ireland. She will also be involved and participate in global and local projects.

Elodie  has  a  Human  Resources  management  degree  from  Ascencia  Business  School  (College  de  Paris).  She  initially  joined  Ipsen  in  May  2017  as  an  apprentice  within  the  International  Mobility team and then returned as a VIE in Slough, United Kingdom as a “UK & Ireland  Compensation & Benefits Analyst”.
