I am pleased to announce that Elodie GUILLEMIN joined the France Human Resources Department on December 1^st 2020, as Employee Relations Manager. She will be located in Boulogne and will report to me.

She will implement Ipsen’s social policy and will be in charge of supporting HR operational teams in the management of social dialogue on sites and the application of Social Law.

Elodie holds a Master 2 in Public Business Law and the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession, she has developed a solid experience in Social Law during 9 years within various law firms. Elodie has then worked within the LEEM for 6 years as Social Lawyer and Human Resources Manager.
