Diversity & Inclusion update, off to a great start!

Dear Colleagues,

Thanks to your help, the D&I World Café running on Tuesday 16th March is now full, with over 100 employees making the time to join the D&I conversation – so thank you!

As previously stated, the objective of the World Café isn’t to reach every employee but rather to bring together those who want to be part of the action for D&I, and that is why we are only planning to run the session in English next week and in French at the end of the month (date to be confirmed).

If you are aware of any colleagues who wanted to join the session but were too late, please encourage them to add their name to the session anyway, in order that we can reach out to them.

We are also this week finishing the GLT sessions on “Embedding the D&I Narrative”, which provided some of our leaders with an opportunity to work on personalizing their D&I message to drive the culture shift in the organization.

And we are not leaving you out! You, as HR professionals, play a key role in helping to further our diversity and inclusion agenda, and that is why I would like to invite you to join one of the “D&I Narrative and Roadmap: HR Only sessions” beginning of April.(Outlook Invitations will be sent soon with several time options)

This will be an opportunity to consider the narrative together, gain visibility of the roadmap, and think through how we can join forces to advance diversity and inclusion across Ipsen.
