Dear Colleagues,

Central to this event are the 5 paralympic athletes whom Ipsen is sponsoring; just like all of us at Ipsen, Valentin, Margot, Mathieu, Angelina, and Gaelle have real stories of purpose, passion, and execution which they will share during the event.

Also as a result of our partnership with the athletes (which goes beyond DAW), the 2 weeks will be launched with an email from Global Communications early next week (w/c 13th November).

In parallel, we want to continue spotlighting unseen disabilities, and to that end this year we will have a focused session on neurodiversity.

Finally, bringing our focus closer to home and our own environment, Jean-Patrick Hennebelle will be recording a video talking about his experience as an employee and patient.

The 3 live events will be recorded and links will be shared via the D&I page on My Ipsen; we also hope to capture the highlights of the two weeks in one final video before year end.

We rely on you to have candid conversations within your workspaces to bring this topic to life locally, therefore please make sure you take the time to think through how you will engage your local community on disability.
