I am pleased to share with you the outline of what is coming for Cultural Diversity Week 2025, which will run from the 22nd September – 26th September.
As always, we are keen to emphasize the value of our differences in driving our strategy: Focus. Together. For patients and society.

Global communication:
A global email is planned to go out to all of Ipsen this week, along with the save the date for the global event on the 22nd (see below).
The email will also form the basis of an article on My Ipsen on the 22nd September.
Live event:
22nd September 14:00 CET: we will host a virtual talk with Heather Hansen on “Voices across borders: how language and accents shape inclusion”
Raising the voice of employees:
As part of the piece published on My Ipsen for Cultural Diversity Week, we will showcase the personal stories of Ipsen employees on the topic of cultural diversity- what it means to them and to Ipsen.
If you would like to run a similar exercise locally, you can find the questions used here. Please let us know if you collect further local stories in order that we can link to them in the My Ipsen piece.
