Diane BACHEM, Senior Training Manager, French Operations Speciality Care.

I am very pleased to share with you the arrival of Diane BACHEM as Senior Training Manager within the French Operations Speciality Care.
Diane graduated from Paris V Renée Descartes University in Commercialization Techniques and from the European Higher Institute of Management in Marketing and Sales Strategies. She also has several certifications from the National Institute of Blood Transfusion in General Hematology and Erythrocyte Immunology.
Diane has solid and varied business experience as well as recognized expertise in the training management and competencies development within the pharmaceutical industry.

Diane started her career at Roche as Marketing Project Manager for Hospital Oncology/Nephrology. Then, she became Key Account Manager in Oncology/Virology.
At the end of 2008, she joined LifeScan, being part of the J&J group, where she successively held two positions in Diabetology: Trade Marketing Manager and Product Portfolio Manager. In June 2012, she integrated the Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Division of J&J as Marketing Cluster Manager in Transfusion for France and Switzerland. In July 2016, she took over the role of Head of Training & Education at Nobel Biocare, specialized in dental implantology, in order to reorient her career towards training function. In September 2017, she joined Celgene as Senior Training Specialist dedicated to Hematology part of their business.

Diane will be in charge of proposing, designing and implementing the Training Strategy and Policy for the Commercial Operations France Speciality Care in line with our affiliate Bold Promise ambition and the global development objectives of our employees. She will manage and lead the affiliate Training team: Elsa HOURY and Catherine MARTIN who will report to her directly. From the operational standpoint, she will provide support to Rare Diseases and Neurosciences Business Unit.

Ultimately, I would like to take the opportunity to thank Valérie GRANGER, whose assignment finishes as of 31st of August, for her commitment and great contribution that she has been able to demonstrate and deliver within Rare Diseases and Neurosciences Business Unit since March.
