As part of our actions for HR community following the Engagement survey, we are pleased to propose you some HR development opportunities, online through iLearn, as we are now in the Career month and in the middle of iDevelop campaign.

We are pleased to propose you some development opportunities, part of our Development Model – 10: learning through courses. Please click and enjoy some  dedicated content for HR population:

HR development 2022 playlist:  this is a playlist of specific trainings for HR teams for their development within the workplace. This playlist offers a variety of courses, provided by LinkedIn Learning, that will improve and nurture your working abilities. The content will enhance your development not just individually, but within your working team. (Total of 15 courses: duration from 15 min to 50 min)

Digital pathway for HR: this course, developed by Skillsoft, covers digital technologies you can use to recruit, engage, and develop your workforce. This course also covers some key digital technologies you can leverage for effective organizational change management. (Total duration: 30 min).

You Own your Growth and therefore, we highly recommend following these courses and to complete them by the year end.
