We hope most of you will be able to take a well-deserved break for this end of year!
Before doing so, we just wanted to remind you before you leave to ensure your data is accurate by the end of December since, as you know, our full-year numbers are audited, analyzed (up to the ELT) and used internally (for the ACR) and published externally (for the Universal Registration Document, ESG surveys…)
In particular, please ensure:
- Terminations are processed in due time, especially for those people with a termination date as of 31st of December
- You put the right departure category  (Voluntary / Involuntary / Retirement) for each termination
- Compensation is accurate and, of course, no employees in iPeople are left with no compensation data
