The first ever cohort of Fast Tracking Talents has now completed the program successfully, closing the last phase by presenting their projects to ELT.

They celebrated (or will celebrate soon) the completion with a certificate awarding ceremony virtually or where possible onsite with HRs, their colleagues, sponsors and managers.

We had a virtual closing session on July 1^st where we reflected on the outstanding journey the group has been through over the last 12 months and officially closed the program.

The success of this program has been due to the high level of engagement and contribution from managers, sponsors and HR. This program and first cohort are a representation of great collaboration as well as Diversity & Inclusion which speaks to Ipsen’s culture.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been part of this program and its’ success!
