You will find key dates with regards to:

• 2023 Annual Compensation Review (ACR) in iPeople
• 2022 Short Term Incentive (STI) payout
• 2021 Short Term Incentive (STI) deployment

The preparation of those campaigns is going to impact the iPeople change requests:

• From January 1st to January 15th, any organization or compensation change requires an additional validation from Group C&B
• January 15th: organization is uploaded in ACR
• From January 16th to March 1st, iPeople freeze: no organization or compensation change is possible

Please make sure you submit your change requests on due time.
