
Coaching & 360°
- Coaching may be standalone (without a 360°) using one of the approved coaching vendors (see the policy which sets out which company should be used for which level of employee)
- A clear development need has been identified for the employee/manager and coaching/360° is agreed as the best way to support that need
- All 360°s must to be accompanied (as a minimum) with a debrief/action planning with a coach (priority is people managers)
- There are 3 windows throughout the year for 360°s
- Coaching only, can be set up at any time throughout the year (there is a tab on the booking form for coaching only)
- The process below must be followed in order
Process
- Get the right level of approval in line with the coaching policy. For example, non GLT requires BHR approval and Manager+1 approval
- Check there is a coaching licence available (for non GLT). To do this, contact your divisional HR contact
- Register the participant (after they have been approved for 360°/coaching) on the booking form completing all fields
- You will receive confirmation that the place has been secured (including a participant guide for 360° which you should share with the participant)
