Dear HR Colleagues,
I have the pleasure to announce the appointment of Chandini Shah, as Global Talent Management Coordinator, effective August 24th 2020.
Chandini will coordinate the roll out of Global Learning programs in accordance with the Talent Management Roadmap: design and deploy the appropriate communications, manage the planning, establish close partnerships with Talent Management leads & vendors to ensure the learning value for divisions and regions, define KPIs for each program (attendance, participants feedback..), follow up and monitor with dashboards to ensure continuous improvement.
She is based in Slough and reports to me.
She holds a Diploma in Tourism with Business. Chandini brings 8+ years global experience in delivering world-class events for well-known pharmaceutical and management consulting firms.
In her last company, Partners in Performance, she was Global Lead for Apprenticeship scheme and responsible for end to end deployment of regional training in Latin and North America for both consultants and internal support staff.
She has previously worked at AbbVie Ltd as Associate Learning Partner, where she was responsible for program managing various coaching and leadership activities across the UK affiliate for both head office and in-field teams.
She has also prior experience in Learning and development.
