Dear Colleagues,
It is Pride month, and as in previous years we are pleased to share with you how we plan to celebrate and recognize the LGBTQIA+ communities within Ipsen and beyond.
In the email going out to all employees (excluding specific countries*) tomorrow, we will share the following activities and resources:
– Global event: Thursday 25th June at 14:00 CET: LGBTQIA+ inclusion in the workplace: an impactful theatre-based workshop designed to enrich our understanding of LGBTQIA+ realities, and an opportunity to engage in an open, thoughtful dialogue about how we can further foster LGBTQIA+ inclusion within the organization.
– Screens: all Screen content will be sent directly by the global communications’ team to their network of communication leads in country. It will include visuals (you can see them here), Spectra(**) team spot lights, and our global save the date.
– Resources: we will reshare the LGBTQ+ glossary and Guide to pronouns as part of the celebration, alongside the usual Linked In Learning challenge.
– Local activation: Should you wish to run a local activity, we have included a facilitation guide for an activity that can be run in the office, as a way of bringing people together and spark a conversation. Please find the guide here.
