Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Cecilia Tan as Human Resources Manager Singapore/ASEAN effective 25th of March 2021. Cecilia will be based in Singapore reporting to Alex Sakellaridis, HR Regional Lead, ASEAN & ANZ and have a functional reporting line to Sirilak Suteekul, GM ASEAN.

In this role Cecilia will manage the delivery of high-performance generalist HR services and consultancy in Singapore and more broadly as required across the ASEAN cluster within the Ipsen Specialty Care division. Cecilia will be a member of the ASEAN Leadership Team.

Cecilia is a graduate of The University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Science and a National Diploma majoring in HR & Finance from Temasek Polytechnic. Cecilia developed strong HR operations experience over 8 years in the ASEAN region before moving to Honeywell Inc in 2012 based in Singapore. Her most recent role at Honeywell was HR Manager, leading and managing the day to day HR operations for a cross functional business unit of 200 employees with leaders across APAC and Singapore.

Cecilia is very much looking forward to applying her HR experience of working in large organisations, where the Centre of Excellence model is prevalent, to Ipsen and the healthcare/pharma sector particularly as we continue the journey of transformation.
