Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that Cecile GOBBENS will be joining Ipsen as Senior Manager, Total Rewards within the North American Compensation & Benefits team on July 15th. She will report to Michaela Leo, Head, Compensation & Benefits, North America and will be based in Cambridge, MA.

Cecile brings extensive experience in people operations and culture, compensation and benefits, HR technology, talent management, and compliance. She has worked for various companies in the biotech and financial sectors, both in the US and abroad. Most recently, she was the Senior Manager of People Operations & Culture at Spero Therapeutics, where she managed the annual compensation and benefits processes, implemented HR systems, served as a trusted partner to various business functions, and ensured compliance with employment and benefits laws and regulations.

Cecile will support the design and delivery of our compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, ensuring they align with our Total Rewards strategy and philosophy. She will also manage the implementation and communication of our rewards offerings, as well as the analysis and reporting of market data.

Cecile holds a Master of Human Resources Management from UCL, University of Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, and a Bachelor of Human and Social Sciences from UMONS, University of Mons, Belgium. She is also a certified Compensation Analyst and is pursuing her Compensation Professional Certification.
