As previously communicated, we are pleased to share with you the materials for the second edition of Career Month in May 2023.
This year, we have the pleasure to have Philippe Lopes-Fernandes, Chief Business Officer, as our sponsor.
During the month of May, we invite you to communicate, promote and organize events around the key theme “I own my growth”, encouraging our employees to take charge of their career development.
The objectives are to
- inspire employees around growth and development,
- Equip them and the managers to have fruitful development discussions and put in place impactful development plans
- Share and learn from colleagues and leaders
You’ll find on our HR community SharePoint:
- The promotion materials: with the same visual identity as last year, including editable version for local adaptation
- The menu of activities : it’s a living document as we are currently working on building the support materials and documents to help you organize these events. We would like to give you already an overview of the suggested activities so that you can anticipate the preparation.
As a teaser for the month, we have shared the news on My Ipsen and Yammer – we invite you to spread the words around you and share widely this teaser video with the contribution from our colleagues from different countries – many thanks again to our great actresses/actors for making this happen!
Last but not least, a global event around career growth with Winter Nie, Professor of Leadership and Organizational Change and Managing Director of IMD China, hosted by Philippe, will be held on May 3rd to kick-off the month! Invitation will be sent to all employees next week.
An email to all employees to share the program and the ressources (and a little surprise) will be shared on April 27th.
