Dear All,

We are delighted to inform you that the Career Acceleration to Pivotal Roles Cohort 2 successfully completed the program on 24th September 2024. The program concluded with an Exposure to ELT Event in a hybrid format with ELT together and Talents joining virtually via Teams.

The event included an opportunity for the Talents to share details with the ELT of the assignments they have been working on in the final ‘Experience’ stage of the program, designed to expose them to new teams, business areas and challenges within Ipsen whilst applying key learnings from the program.

The second part of the event involved a speed networking session enabling the Talents to complete two 1:1s with selected ELT members to seek specific career advice.

Finally, the day was concluded with feedback from both; the Talents and ELT where the key message was that “this is not the end of your journey” and a final word from David Loew with some advice for the Talents.
