Dear HR Community members,
as shared in our July HR Webcast, the 2024 Engagement Survey results have identified several themes we would like to work on with you as a member of the HR community.
As presented by Aurelie Rodrigues, 3 themes have been identified as topics to be adressed for HR division :

Feedback (handled at group level),

Continuous Improvement,

Fair treatment.
To analyze results and deliver concrete action plan for each topic, we need some volunteers to join to work on an action plan to address Continuous Improvement & Fair treatment topics.

We need 1 leader and several team members per topic. Please revert to us before August 14th.
