Dear All,

In order to support you in the data quality campaign, please find below the How to Guide and the reports that you can use in iPeople to complete the 2022 Data Quality Audit by October 28th:

• Ipsen – Compensation Data Audit: Allows you to access to the all the Compensation data for your scope
• Ipsen – Compensation Data Checks: Allows you to only access to the data identified with the potential errors for your scope

You can access to reports in the “Data Audit” section of the “HR Dashboard” Worklet available in your iPeople Homepage to support your activity. However, this is also important you check the current data in payroll or in the contract (for any new hire or new addendum).

You are required to acknowledge the data quality audit has been performed and the correction actions effective in iPeople. Thus, please complete the  Data Quality Audit – HR Follow-up.xlsx file which is also available on this folder in the SharePoint for HR Community.
