Dear HR Community,

In December, following our post Bravo! Teams’ Add-On – HR Pilot :HR Insider (ipsen.com), we gave you the possibility to test the new Teams Add-on for Bravo! and we have heard a very positive feedback from everyone. This will facilitate the access and leverage to Bravo! to immediately recognize our peers.

We then decided to go live with all our employees, and IT has launched the upgrade on all the employees’ Teams. If ever this isn’t effective yet, all workstations will display the Bravo! button at the top of the left-hand side Teams menu bar.

Today, we will break out a communication on My Ipsen: there will be an article to announce Bravo! via Teams and a video on the 2023 Bravo! achievements. This will stay on My Ipsen during approx. 2 weeks.

You can find these in the Teams folder, including a short tutorial and a FAQ. Last but not the least, IT is going to deploy a new screensaver to relay our communication to the employees.
