Following our previous communications in September and October, HRIS and IT have finalized the integration of the awards data into iPeople.
Please find the link to Bravo Awards to Payroll_2022-1101.pdf which describes how to get access and retrieve the information you may need for declaring the awards and/or withholding taxes.
The existing Ipsen – Bonus and One-Time Payments report has been upgraded since November 1st to include any Bravo award delivered the past month. You can access the report through the HR Dashboard
