To expand on the original launch of the new Ipsen branding here, the refresh continues with the Way of Being and Employee Value Proposition.
The Way of Being has been visually updated to reflect the new brand colors and fonts as well as the momentum arrows. It has also been simplified to show just the core values (with sub-bullets associated with them no longer displayed). The different options and design files for you to use are saved here. You will note that there are standalone versions of the Way of Being, and also a version that links to our Leadership Model.
The Employee Value Proposition (EVP) has been visually updated to reflect the new brand colors and fonts. The design files for you to use are saved here.
Your Next Steps
- Begin to use the updated Way of Being and Employee Value Proposition in all of your communications (emails, presentations, events,…)
- Update your assets and tools with the updated Way of Being as you go, and put new projects in the refreshed branding.
- Update your assets and tools with the updated logo, colors and font as you go, and put new projects in the refreshed branding.
- For printed materials and wall graphics, please update as and when you are reprinting/refreshing, working with the facilities team as appropriate.
