I am pleased to announce that Bonnie Stofer joined the North America Talent Acquisition Team on January 11th, as Associate Director Executive Search & Strategic Projects, reporting to me. She will be located remotely.
Bonnie brings significant experience in marketing, communications and executive coaching and recruitment. Her experience has been primarily in the life sciences industry with a focus on driving marketing and hiring at pharmaceutical companies. Bonnie joins us from SUNY Adirondack where she was responsible for building the career services function and entrepreneurial training initiatives for a community college. Prior to SUNY, she spent more than 8 years with The Chase Group, a boutique executive search firm. She holds a Master’s in Leadership Studies from Skidmore and a Bachelor’s in Communications from the University of Connecticut.
Bonnie’s prior experience building and executing marketing strategies within our industry will help to elevate Ipsen’s brand in the marketplace and allow us to continually cultivate relationships with top talent. Her work in executive coaching and entrepreneurial curriculum development provides her with a unique perspective on identifying talent and developing candidates to meet our demanding requirements. Her deep knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques gained through years of experience in a boutique search firm will be an asset to Ipsen’s Talent Acquisition function as we continue to develop rich talent pipelines to effectively meet our workforce planning goals.
