Be*One, our global peer-to peer recognition platform, has been upgraded and stabilized the last few weeks with email autocompletion feature necessary to improve significantly user experience and data quality. We added a new greeting “Take care” to better match our current context.
The Covid 19 crisis impacted strongly the use of the platform in Q1 2020 compared to last year with a drop of 50% in use. That’s why we prepared for you a Communication kit, full analytics and data extract to allow you to reboost Be*ONE use in your site/region/division. We truly believe this is the right time for people to encourage and support each other by connecting through digitals cards and thank each other.
We will provide you each quarter with a full data extract with active users and related points, filtered by country/site/division. (average calculation based on cards received and sent).Thus, you will be able to organize local recognition if you wish and monitor the engagement in your perimeter:
