Dear HR Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that Benoit MASSAL joins the Talent Management & Engagement team today, as HR Program Director for a 3-month mission, reporting to me. He will be located in Ipsen Boulogne offices.

Benoit comes to us with more than twenty years of experience in Automotive and Pharma industries. Over the last 12 years, at Sanofi, he held different roles in HR based in North America (USA and Canada). He possesses a strong background in Diversity & Inclusion, and in Strategic Workforce Planning but also extensive knowledge as country HR.

His experience will be invaluable to continuing the development of our collaborative and engaging corporate culture.
During his mission, Benoit will help to design our Global Diversity & Inclusion strategy, as well as our roadmap for the next 3 years.
Benoit holds an MSc from ISAE GRANDE ECOLE – SUP’AERO (Toulouse, France).
