Dear Colleagues,
We are delighted to inform you that Ipsen colleagues who wish to volunteer for Paris 2024 will benefit from an additional ten days of paid leave to support them in this unique volunteering opportunity. Official applications must be submitted on the Paris 2024 website and will close on 3 May 2023.
Volunteers will be selected by the Olympic Games Committee and announced in autumn 2023. If selected, you will not have to take annual leave to volunteer; Ipsen will offer an additional ten days of paid leave to the first 50 employees who apply after receiving acceptance from the Olympic Committee in September.
The Paris 2024 volunteer program is open to all – people of all ages and nationalities are encouraged to apply. Applicants must:
- Be fluent in French and/or English
- Be available to volunteer for a minimum of 10 days between the opening of the Athletes’ Village and two days after the close of the Paralympic Games
- Be able to finance their travel, transportation, accommodation, and any other costs related to their volunteering.
- Be willing to share their volunteering experience with Ipsen colleagues through internal communication (article/post/video/photos).
