Ally [noun]:
- A person who uses their own advantage to challenge exclusion and practices that marginalize colleagues.
- Someone who acts on behalf of others
Dear Colleagues,
Are you ready to take your position as an ally but don’t know how? Perhaps you already claim to be an ally, but secretly wonder whether you truly are behaving as one. In fact, one of the key strands to allyship lies in developing our awareness and understanding- so why not join us for Allyship Training– a 2 x 2 hours training to understand what allyship is, why it matters, and how all of us, no matter who we are, can share our power and act as allies.
This is a pilot and your participation aims to help us validate the content before we roll it out more widely in the business.
The training is made up of 2 sessions, which will take place on two separate days, within the same week; you have two opportunities to join the training:
June Training: Monday 27th June @ 13:00 – 15:00 CET & Wednesday 29th June @ 13:00 – 15:00 CET
July Training: Monday 11th July @ 11:30 – 13:30 CET & Wednesday 13th July @ 11:30 – 13:30 CET
Sessions will be in English.
Both sessions make up the full program- please only sign up if you are able to attend both within the same week.
How to sign up?

Places are limited to 30 participants at a time.
Fellow and Future Allies, I look forward to seeing you then.

Great to see this pilot – really disappointed I am not able to join the training but bravo for setting it up.
@Aline Stokes: don’t hesitate to send a reminder to our HR community who should be exemplifying it!
