Dear HR Community
As you know, no retroactive update will be done in HR Insights (nor in the Finance systems impacted) after Jan 1st 2026 regarding 2025 data.
Therefore, ensure ALL DATA ARE ACCURATE BY 31 December 2025.
In particular, contract terminations effective in December must completed/submitted with the correct Termination date in iPeople before 31 December 2025. This is also true of hires and job changes.
This is critical to ensure:
✔️ Accurate turnover & headcount reporting (HR indicators are calculated based on iPeople data)
✔️ Reliable CSRD & audit compliance (any termination not recorded with the correct date will lead to inaccurate KPIs, regulatory reports, and may cause discrepancies during audits
✔️ No data errors or surprises in 2026!
What you need to do:
- Check all December leavers are entered and completed in iPeople with an end date no later than 31/12/2025.
