Thank you for your support and commitment during the 1st phase of Talent reviews: the campaign to assess potential.

I’ve the pleasure to inform that 90% of our employees have been assessed on our potential model! see below the details by division and countries.

We have strong basis of data for the talent reviews, as managers have entered rationale to justify the ratings for people with High Potential in more than 60% of the cases.

To prepare the talent reviews and calibrations, it is now important to look more in details for your perimeters and gather the missing rationale.
