Dear HR community,

I am pleased to announce that Arjen Fehr has been appointed into the newly created role of HR Head BeneLux & Middle East effective April 1^st, 2020 reporting to Matthieu Savarzeix, VP Commercial Ops BeNeLux and a dotted line reporting to Khaled Elrafae-General Manager Middle East. As a result of this change, Arjen will be soon transitioning out of his responsibilities from Nordics & Baltics and will start putting his focus in BeNeLux and Middle East.

We are opening up an HR Head position for Nordics & Baltics and the search is ongoing. Until this person starts, Arjen will continue to support our NoBa cluster with all critical HR activities.

Arjen joined Ipsen in August 2016 and has since played a major role in building and transforming Benelux cluster from two independent affiliates into one efficient and high performing cluster.  In addition Arjen has supported our Nordics and Baltics business which has undergone significant re-organisation and transition in the last year. Arjen has worked closely with our VP of Commercial Operations, David Daya since he joined Ipsen in the second half of 2019.

Through his HR expertise Arjen has demonstrated clear successes in building and managing high performing teams and delivering sustainable change into organisations.  His business partnership is to be admired, and we confident he will continue to grow and deliver success in this new role.

Arjen holds a Bachelor from Harleem School of Business, Netherlands as well as multiple management qualifications, a the same time as speaking Dutch & English.
