Dear HR Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that Smahane KISSI is appointed Global Human Resources Business Partner on the top of her current position as Human Resources Business Partner for Boulogne. Smahane will report to Anne-Laure AMOROS, VP HR Specialty Care, CMO, GPPS & Strategy, Transformation & Digital.

In her new role, Smahane will be responsible for recommending organization design, run talent reviews and define development plans for key talents for our Chief Medical Group (focus on Medical Excellence and Global Patient Safety) & for the Oncology Franchises within GPPS. She will coordinate all HR processes within the CMO Group (Performance review, annual compensation review) and will provide strong advices during budget discussion. Smahane will also be the HR representative within the Oncology Asset teams.

As HRBP for Boulogne, she will remain responsible for daily operational HR activities for people working in SC, GPPS, CMO and Strategy, Transformation & Digital divisions based in Boulogne.

It is also my pleasure to announce that Ryan DUHIG is appointed Deputy Vice President HR SC, CMO, GPPS & Strategy, Transformation & Digital. Ryan will report to Anne-Laure AMOROS and will continue to be based in Bath Road.

In his new role, Ryan will support Anne-Laure in all HR activities for all the different divisions, Speciality Care, CMO, GPPS, Strategy, transformation & Digital. He will contribute to the consolidation of HR programs and policies being responsible for providing detailed data collection, analysis, reports and recommendations, ensuring strong HR Synergies in conjunction with HR community and key business players. He will ensure the coordination and consolidation at divisional level of Talent Management/Development processes (Talent reviews, Development Plans) and follow up with BHR/RHDs of action plans for key talents.

Ryan will be responsible as well to provide strong Global HRBP advice to the Strategic Business Excellence group within GPPS.

Daily operational HR support for the CMO & GPPS divisions will be provided in the other hubs by:

• In Bath Road, Larissa Fedorova, HR Director – Larissa will be as well the HR representative for the Dysport Asset Team and be the HR partner for the Neurosciences Franchise.
• In Milton Park, by Jo Siriboe, Jo’s replacement will be announced in due course.
• In Cambridge, Justin Dowling, Senior Manager HRBP.
