I am pleased to share that on the 3rd July 2026, Virginie James will be joining the Talent Engagement Team as Global DEI Specialist (VIE).

Virginie brings experience in integrating DEI and sustainability within corporate strategy, most recently as a Sustainability and DEI Project Manager at Randstad France. She has led initiatives including DEI reporting, employee networks’ engagement, and cross-functional collaboration on inclusion topics.

She will support the ongoing development and delivery of Ipsen’s global DEI strategy, working closely with the HR team and key stakeholders across the organization.

Virginie will be based in London and will report to me. Please join me in welcoming Virginie to Ipsen.
