Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that, effective 1st January 2026, Dominika Rodak will be taking on a new role as UK&I Compensation & Benefits Partner, reporting to Amarjit Khaira, Head of Compensation & Benefits UK/Ireland. She will be transitioning into the new role on a one day per week basis, until the new year.

Dominika joined Ipsen in October 2021 as an HR Business Partner for the Dublin Site and throughout her time in the role she led various projects to improve employee experience on site. Dominika contributed to achieving the Shingo Prize, played a pivotal role in obtaining the Gold certification with the Irish Centre for Diversity and through the DevelopMe project with HRSS she was instrumental in implementing AskHR in in various geographic locations at Ipsen.

In her new position, Dominika will play an important role in ensuring both strategic and operational excellence in total rewards for UK and Ireland. She will collaborate closely with local and global HR teams and external stakeholders, to implement and manage compensation and benefits programs that support employee attraction, engagement and retention, with a particular focus on Ireland. Dominika’s attention for details, her drive and previous experience as an HR Business Partner will be key elements of success in this new challenge.

She has over 10 years of HR experience across diverse industries including food, oil and gas, and pharmaceuticals. She holds a BA in Psychology from University College Dublin and graduated with First Class Honours in her MSc in HR Management from UCD Smurfit Business School.
