Dear colleagues,

I would like to share that Martina DI MAGGIO, Talent Acquisition Partner, will be leaving Ipsen, with her last day of employment on 30 June 2026.

Since joining the Global Talent Acquisition team, Martina has provided strong support to our U.K. and Ireland operations and wider corporate functions, building trusted relationships across the business and contributing to key hiring priorities.

Please join me in thanking Martina for her contribution to Ipsen and in wishing her every success for the future.

I am pleased to share that Mathew (Matt) O’Leary joined Ipsen on 11th June as a Talent Acquisition Partner, based in London, for an initial period of three months.

Mathew brings over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition within the life sciences sector, partnering with a wide range of functions across EMEA and the U.S. He has a strong track record
of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering tailored recruitment strategies to support business growth.

He has most recently been working as an independent recruiter supporting contingent and interim hiring solutions, and previously held senior roles with Korn Ferry RPO, where he supported
organisations such as GSK, Galderma and Maersk across areas including R&D, Medical, Supply Chain and AI/ML.

Known for his ability to quickly build strong networks and deliver for complex and niche hiring needs, Mathew will support our Talent Acquisition priorities during this period.
